- Cortamos la media cebolla que nos queda en juliana, picamos los 2 dientes de ajo restantes y rehogamos todo en una sartén con un chorrito de aceite
- Cuando esté todo bien doradito añadimos el pollo desmenuzado y mezclamos, rehogamos unos minutos, añadimos la salsa y el vinagre y dejamos que reduzca
- Rectificamos de sal y pimienta y dejamos que repose unos 10 minutos
